A loose herbal tea for relaxation and wellness. It tastes delicately flowery of lavender and is also particularly digestible and stomach-friendly due to the addition of anise, caraway and fennel! Suitable as an evening tea.

Ingredients and preparation tips

Blue lavender flowers, marigold, blackberry leaves, apple pieces, fennel, caraway, anise, lemon balm, rosehip peels

12-15g tea to 1 liter of boiling water; steep for 5-10 min.
