This loose Pu-Erh tea is a speciality from Yunan. Ancient tea trees give the tea its earthy note and dark red cup colour. Therefore it is often called red tea. Pu-Erh tea can help to lower cholesterol and blood pressure and has a slight appetite suppressant effect. It is therefore also suitable as a tea for losing weight.
