Natural rooibos*, ginger* (9%), natural flavour, black pepper* (4%), verbena*, strawberry* (3%), cornflower blue*, ground chilli. *Certified Organic.

12-15g tea per 1 litre of boiling water, allow to brew for about 5 minutes.
