Rooibos, apple, peppermint leaves rubbed (11%), orange peels (10%), rose hip, blackberry leaves, natural flavor, orange, cornflowers blue, marigold yellow.

12-15g tea per 1 litre of boiling water, allow to brew for about 5 minutes.
